This project required the transformation of a new 8-story Beaux Arts style condominium by famed architect, Lucien LaGrange. The project involved reworking 13 units to achieve a more efficient and elegant design that harmonized with the building's exterior. Our firm crafted one initial apartment and in the end designed a total of 5 units in the building.
