New 4000 sq.ft new Condominium

This 4000 sq.ft private condominium is crafted within the concrete shell of an 8-story luxury building. We were given the opportunity to develop a private condominium apartment that reflected the Owner’s needs, (display of a large art collection) tastes (modern) and built to be respectful to the Beaux arts building it was being built in. Thoughtfully designed to showcase the Owner’s extensive modern art collection while honoring the historic Beaux-Arts architecture, this project exemplifies our commitment to creating elegant, bespoke residential spaces that seamlessly blend contemporary aesthetics with respect for architectural heritage.
